Business Intelligence

On-Demand TMS® provides complete capabilities that allow you to mine the extensive database of shipment history for decision-making and for continuous improvement. With the wealth of information collected from numerous sources and integrated into a common database, you can create a virtually unlimited number of reports, valuable to all levels of personnel within your organization.

These reports generally fall into one of two categories: management reports or operations reports. Management reports are summary reports that management personnel use to determine performance, spot trends, and correct problems. They include: volume analysis, performance analysis, financial analysis, and trend analysis for continuous improvement.

Network reports are another class of management reports that provide a holistic view of network trends and performance. Volume and lane analysis, complimentary network analysis (between companies), and network-wide carrier performance analysis are examples.

Operational reports are detail reports used by operations personnel to manage the day-to-day business of an organization. They include: schedules and notifications for daily operations and for trading partners. They ensure that all parties are informed of their role and the schedule.
